Refund policy

We do not sell Renew31, so we cannot refund it.

Orders, payments, and refunds are handled by the seller, not by Clearline. Any refund request must go to the seller using the contact details on your order page or confirmation email.

The product page calls its 60-day guarantee “unconditional” but says you qualify after at least 30 days of use. We could not open the seller’s Returns page, so we cannot say how the days are counted or what else applies. Get the terms in writing before you order, keep your confirmation, and note the day your bottle arrives. See the guarantee section of our review.
